Despite the many challenges being faced by landlords and tenants alike, there have been positive aspects. Demand for rental properties are high and this is very positive for South Florida. In the month of August 93% of rent collections were made, just leaving a very margin pending. Another positive aspect, is the opportunity for investors to take advantage of opportunities such as foreclosures and opportunities to purchase properties.
