We conduct extensive 8-step screening on all tenants and handle every aspect of getting your property rented in the shortest time possible.

We take tenant selection seriously and understand that the wrong tenants can result in delayed rent payments and more. We understand the property needs to be rented quickly – but it is important to find a dependable tenant that will not default on a payment within the first month. We handle the collection and processing of all necessary screening documents and do not charge owner fees during this step.

Eviction Protection Guarantee

We stand behind our tenant screening process. If we place a tenant in your property that results in an eviction during the first 12 months, PPM will cover the eviction fee.

Pet Guarantee

We provide up to $1,000 damage protection for each pet that has been approved during our screening process. This guarantee is for any damage above normal wear and tear that is not covered by the tenant's security deposit.

Inspection Guarantee

Protecting and maintaining your home is a top priority to us. We will thoroughly inspect all unit interiors at least once per year and inspect the exterior of houses and multifamily properties at least once every 6 months.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel our contract at any time with a 30-day notice. No termination fee.
