PPM screens new tenants based on an 8-point checklist:

  1. Previous Rental History
  2. Possible Evictions
  3. Credit Score & Credit Report
  4. Criminal Record
  5. Non-sex Offender Verification
  6. National Terrorism List
  7. Reference Check
  8. Income Verification

We also take a look at the following factors:

  • Obtain Government Issued Identification
  • Social Security Number Verification
  • Review of Landlord Debt/Bankruptcy/Foreclosure/Tax Liens/Collections
  • Pet Related Paperwork (if necessary)
